In order to host with us, you need the full version of NetCommunity. If you have NetCommunity Spark or NetCommunity Grow, those are “lite” versions of NetCommunity™ which can only be hosted by Blackbaud.
Fully Managed
We manage all aspects of your hosted servers such as operating system updates and Blackbaud patches and updates. Unlike Blackbaud’s OnDemand hosting, we won’t force you to upgrade. We only install updates and patch according to your schedule. Should problems arise, we work directly with Blackbaud support on your behalf to troubleshoot issues and keep things running smoothly.
Pricing
$125/month per virtual unit: 1vCPU, 1GB RAM and 25GB storage.
Total page views per month is the primary criteria for determining the resources required for hosting NetCommunity™:
50k page views – 4 virtual units – $500/month
100k page views – 8 virtual units – $1000/month
250k page views – 12 virtual units – $1500/month
500k page views – 16 virtual units – $2000/month
There may be other factors to take into consideration as well such as the number of emails sent per month. For example, an organization that doesn’t get many page views, but sends a lot of emails via NetCommunity™, may find it necessary to upgrade to a higher level of service.
