Our goal is to make sure all aspects of your Blackbaud hosted environment are working seamlessly. If you run into any kind of troubles with your installation, we’re here to help.
Because we know Blackbaud software, we’re able to work with you within the software and even work with Blackbaud support on your behalf. If you have any custom software or third-party integrations, we help with those as well.
Patches
In addition to regular operating system maintenance, we manage all your Blackbaud patches and updates for you. However, unlike Blackbaud OnDemand hosting, we don’t force upgrades on you. We only install new patches and upgrades under your direction and under your schedule. This way you can wait until a convenient time to schedule a patch or simply skip a patch altogether if it’s not needed.
This all comes back to the fact that your hosted installation with us remains uniquely your own.
Backups
With Veeam Backup & Replication, Beyond Nines provides you with a unified solution for both file-by-file backup and full server replication. We perform a Veeam backup of your servers on a daily or hourly basis, depending upon your needs.
Veeam’s fast file-level recovery feature allows us to restore individual files from image-level backups and replicas, in seconds, without having to extract the full VM image to a local drive. Additionally, we can restore files or an entire server image to a specific point-in-time.
