No more big, impersonal training courses with sample data. Now you have the option to bring ongoing training opportunities to your employees either onsite or remotely at an affordable price. We will use either a copy of your database or the sample database provided by Blackbaud, your choice. Most of our clients prefer to be trained on a copy of their database so unique situations, processes, and personnel issues can be identified and addressed in an environment that closely reflects their day-to-day experience. No more one-size-fits-all training. Beyond Nines will:
- Provide your staff with training on the software to ensure that they can quickly get up to speed on the overall software purpose, functionality, and features available to them.
- Work with management before building a training agenda. Ensuring that your team is focusing on the most critical elements as they relate to your organization’s mission and needs.
- Provide you with tips, shortcuts, and best practices recommendations to ensure your database stays as clean as possible.
- Focus on specific modules (Events, Volunteer, etc), roles, and tasks necessary to accomplish basic functionality.
- Provide training in one-on-one, or in small group environments as needed. Depending on your needs training groups can be organized based on skill levels; roles; or geographic location. We will work with you to figure out what would be most productive for your team.
- Provide sessions in 3-hour increments to allow your day-to-day business to continue with minimal interruption. Typical training sessions last 9 – 12 and 1 – 4pm. Full and half-day sessions are available.
