Discover
We feel it is integral to the project’s success for our Beyond Nines team to truly understand your mission, your day-to-day operations, and your biggest challenges. We can only help, if we spend the time talking with your team and understanding the problem.
Implement
It may be implementing a new piece of software, converting your database, or implementing a new business process. Regardless, you will have your Beyond Nines consultant by your side the entire way. We also believe in having a member of your team side-by-side with us on each step. Our goal is to produce the best results in the most cost-effective manner. That means sharing our knowledge, and building the level of skills within your organization. Our success is measured by your ability to manage without our continued involvement.
Configure
After implementing any software or new business process, it is important to customize that to your business’ specific needs. This is the Beyond Nines difference. We promise to work with you towards resolving all of those bugs and glitches that come from implementing something new. No piece of software, or tool can come out of the box and meet all of your needs but we can certainly ensure you get the best possible configuration. You aren’t going to get a cookie-cutter project consultant that only knows how to do it one way. Our consultants will customize the tools as much as possible, according to your needs, and within the limitations of the software.
Evaluate
Continuous improvement is our goal. This means we need to constantly re-evaluate processes and configuration. At the end of every project, we will provide your team with short and long-term recommendations for next steps. Some recommendations may include our involvement, but many will be homework for your newly trained and ready staff.
