Delores brings over 20 years of expertise in software consulting and project management to the Beyond Nines Group. Her specialty is working closely with clients in all types of nonprofit agencies on the customization of business processes and implementing Blackbaud’s software solutions including: Financial Edge, Raiser’s Edge, CounterPoint POS and Student Billing, among others. Her prior work as a tax accountant allows her to understand and address the specific demands of nonprofit finance departments.
As a consultant, she has combined her frontline experience with her ability to apply strategic thinking to day-to-day business processes while maintaining the integrity of the organization. She excels at building the best and most cost-effective solutions for clients that are limited in resources. Delores worked with Blackbaud, Inc. for over 6 years as well as many other mid-sized software packages.
Delores received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago with specializations in Marketing, Management and Accounting. She is very active in the Institute of Management Accountants serving in every office position over the years including Chapter and Council President and National Vice-President.
In her free time, Delores can be found traveling the globe with friends and family, scuba diving, waterskiing and jet-skiing.
